It sounds simple, but when each day brings on its own challenges, if I lose sight of their meaning and rely on my own resources, the result is not what I expected. However, if I keep them close to me and remember to have faith in God, love my life the way he planned it, and continue to have hope for a better tomorrow, the results are always better than what I expected.
To trust in God, let him have control, and allow him to guide me, it is the best way to live my life, as it helps me remember to have faith, love and hope in my everyday life.
As defined by the Merriam-Webster dictionary, “faith is the belief and trust in God, or firm belief in something for which there is no proof.” It may be said that faith is complete trust. As a believer of Christian doctrine; faith is my blind belief that God directs my life, he is in control, and loves me unconditionally.
During heartbreak or happiness, I remember to have faith. If God puts heartbreak in my path, is because he needs me to learn a lesson. If he puts happiness in my path, is because I have learned a lesson. Either, encountered with faith and knowledge that he is in control, is full trust in his guidance.
As defined by the Merriam-Webster dictionary, “love is and unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the good of another, the fatherly concern of God for humankind.” God offers unconditional love. He loves me, no matter what mistakes I have made along the way. He has taught me to love my life and be grateful for each day he gives me.
If I love others as I love myself, then I cannot mistreat them, belittle them, or hurt them. If I live my life in a way that he approves, then I am loving my life and appreciating his gift to me.
He sent Jesus to this Earth to die for my sins, so I can be forgiven for mine. The least I can do as a believer is love my life, love others, and accept his unconditional love.
As defined by the Merriam-Webster dictionary, “to cherish a desire with anticipation.” I have hope of a better tomorrow, living a good life, and going to Heaven. God gives us hope of an everlasting life. If I believe that Jesus died for my sins, rose from the dead, and is now sitting next to the father, then I have hope that one day I will be with him.
1:5 Your faith and love have arisen from the hope laid up for you in heaven, which you have heard about in the message of truth, the gospel.
13:13 And now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love.
5:8 But since we are of the day, we must stay sober by putting on the breastplate 9 of faith and love and as a helmet our hope.
